Harvesting and production technique
Immediate pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at a temperature of 18°C to safeguard the aromas. Before bottling, the wine is placed in autoclaves for the second fermentation which takes place in 30 days.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: clear, with fragrances of white flowers.
Flavour: pleasant for its freshness and for the elegant sensation created on the palate by the natural carbon dioxide.
This is an excellent entry wine to accompany fish appetizers, it’s also pleasant with medium-aged cheeses and cured meats at happy hours.
Obtained with white berried grapes harvested before complete maturation to preserve the sensation of pleasant freshness.
