Harvesting and production technique
After the treading, the fermentation of the must follows at 18°C. The wine remains on the lees for a long time with frequent bâtonnage, in order to increase the aromatic fragrance.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: delicately aromatic, broad, captivating and original.
Flavour: fresh wine, of strong sapidity with aromatic aftertaste.
It’s excellent to accompany fish appetizers, even raw. Pleasant with soft or short-aged cheeses.
The grapes come from our vineyards cultivated with the Manzoni white variety. It is a vine established by Professor Luigi Manzoni in the 1930s, when he was headmaster of the Conegliano Enological School.
