Shipment, returns and refund

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for all orders equal to or over € 181,00 (one hundred eighty-one euros/00). For orders below € 181,00 (one hundred eighty-one euros /00), is applied a shipping cost of € 9,90 (nine euros /90), regardless of the destination and the weight of the goods.

For all shipment to Sicily and Sardinia (if the figure of € 181,00 (one hundred eighty-one euros /00) is not reached) is applied a shipping cost of € 20,00 (twenty euros /00).

SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the purchase process within a few working days of receiving the payment. Delivery will be made during office hours, only on working days: we strongly suggest that you enter a delivery address where there will be someone able to collect the goods.
If the goods arrive damaged/broken, it will be the producer's responsibility to re-send a new product at his own expense, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

RETURN MANAGEMENT

Online sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, because made outside the store premises, and they are governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68).
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you’ll simply have to send to “Azienda Ennio Bellia” a written communication and, within 14 calendar days of sending the communication, arrange for a shipment to return the previously purchased goods to the address indicated below.
The only condition we place is that the product has never been opened or damaged.

For the return shipment, you can use the method that is most convenient for you (mail, courier, etc.). Returned products must be sent to the address available in the contact details on this website.
The products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal.

Once we have received the products, we’ll immediately activate the refund procedure. Times will depend on the payment method you used during the purchase. In any case, the refund times will not exceed 14 days from the day the producer received the goods.
